Most rooms in the cottage have recently been redecorated and
extensively upgraded. The cottage features one double bedroom
with colour Teletext TV, one Twin, one single, all with built
in wardrobes and a sofa bed in the lounge by arrangement.
| The Bathroom upstairs has an instant
electric shower,bath,wash hand basin and toilet. There is
also a ground floor cloakroom with toilet and Wash hand basin.

Downstairs the spacious lounge
has a log effect stove, comfortable 3-piece suite, antique
pine furniture including dresser and dining suite. The bookshelves
provide a supply of holiday reading,paperbacks may be taken
on the basis that another is replaced. The Colour TV has
Nicam sound, Video, in the cabinet and CD with tape and
tuner.

The kitchen has an electric cooker
hob & oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer,
food processor, coffee maker etc. There is crockery for
12 settings so as you may use the dishwasher as necessary

In the front/rear halls, cupboards
house iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Outside there
is ample parking for two cars, along with a maintained garden
area adjacent to the furnished patio and barbecue.

We pride ourselves on our attention
to detail for example foil and cling film are supplied in
the kitchen,soap in the bathroom ect. If you wish to travel
light, you need little more than your clothes and toothbrush.
Naturally all linen is supplied including dishtowels, however
bathroom towels can be provided as an extra at £2.00 per
person per week. A cot and high chair are available by prior
arrangement. One well-behaved pet is allowed.

Weeks commence & terminate
on a Saturday, although exceptions can be made along with
short break stays that are available from time to time.
Heating is by night storage heaters and other electric appliances;
meters are read on arrival & departure.

The cottage is available all
year sleeping up to a maximum of seven people
