The bathroom with mirrored spot lit ceiling has an over bath shower, hand wash basin & toilet.  Downstairs,one side of the front hallway has the dining room with polished pine floor, antique pine furniture, & original fireplace.  The shelves in the old press cupboard house a remote control Compact Disc Player and Radio.

Three stairs up from the dining room is the large fully fitted kitchen with built in oven & hob, microwave oven, fridge & dishwasher, coffee maker etc.  There is crockery for 12 settings so you may use the dishwasher as necessary.

On the other side of the front hall is the lounge with Text TV & Video, bookshelves with an ample supply of holiday reading and local information, paperbacks may be taken on the basis that another is replaced.  French windows from the lounge lead to the patio, which is a genuine suntrap, and ideal to enjoy a barbecue. Off the lounge is a utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer, chest freezer, iron & ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc.  There is also room to hang items to dry if necessary.

Once again like Foxlands,we pride ourselves on our attention to detail, for example foil and cling film are supplied in the kitchen, soap in the bathroom etc.  If you wish to "travel light", you need only bring little more than your toothbrush!

Naturally all linen is supplied including dishtowels, bathroom towels, can be provided as an extra @£2.00 per person per week.  A cot & highchair can be provided (advanced notice required) and a wooden stair gate that can be attached at the top of the stairs.

Heating is by Gas combination boiler; meters are read on arrival & departure.  At the end of the drive there is ample parking for two cars adjacent to the well-maintaind garden, complete with Dove Cote & Doves.  One well behaved pet is aslo allowed, please keep dogs away from doves!!

Weeks commence & terminate on a Friday, although exceptions can be made along with short break holidays that are available from time to time.
